Our training team here at The Training Workshop pride themselves on delivering training and development to our clients that is second to none. They are all ‘people’ people. They know that they are only as good as the results that come from their training programmes – and on this deliverable they excel! They realise that a motivational, knowledgeable, and influential trainer is the catalyst to any positive change in attitude and behaviour.
Our training teams are managed by our Key Training Account Managers, who themselves work very closely with the Management Teams of our clients to ensure that all programmes are designed and delivered to maximise the desired change in behaviours of the delegates. They will be your point of contact throughout, and will ensure that each Client programme has the most appropriately skilled trainers allocated from our pool of trainers.
Our Key Training Account Managers are: -
Steve Kitchener

Steve is one of the original members of The Training Workshop, and has seen the Company grow over the years to become one of the leading call and contact centre training companies in the United Kingdom.
Degree-Qualified, he is originally from a financial background, having spent ten years in the Banking and Insurance Industry. Toward the latter part of this spell, he was instrumental in the setting up and managing of a successful Customer Service Centre for the Bank. Of course, since that time Contact Centres have come a long way in terms of technology and growth, but the core delivery principle remains the same - the right people doing the right thing in the right way at the right time.
Steve is passionate about people being managed and supported correctly, and being given the correct training and development to be able to maximise their potential in their roles. This in fact remains a key mantra of The Training Workshop. He has worked with and developed teams in the UK, Europe and North America.
He now works very closely with management teams, listening to their concerns and requirements, assessing their skills and capabilities, and developing individual coaching and mentoring programmes to support them in becoming even better in their roles.
Rebecca Winn

Rebecca joined The Training Workshop after attending one of our sessions, during which she looked at our Consultant and thought ‘I want your job’.
This followed a varied journey, involving considerable customer service and complaint handling experience within financial services, before moving into training. As Training Manager at EWA Bespoke Communications, she helped a major client, the Teaching Information Line, earn recognition as the UK’s best performing government helpline by Call Centre Focus magazine in 2005.
Rebecca holds the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice and a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies. As proof of her commitment to lifelong learning, she also earned a First Class Honours Degree in Literature from the Open University in 2008.
Over the years Rebecca has helped people engage with and understand everything from computer systems to compliance issues, to product knowledge and soft skills. ‘Nobody ever changes the way they do something because you want them to’, she says; ‘the clever bit is in encouraging people to think things through for themselves, and deciding that is what THEY want to do. That’s the difference between being trained and really learning something’.
Jules Pollendine

Jules took the opportunity to join The Training Workshop to allow him to work with a number of different companies with varied training needs. He has worked in the training arena now for over 15 years in a variety of industries ranging from Health and Social care to Insurance companies to help with the development of people.
He specialises in the areas of management development, personal development and behavioural skills: - ' I love seeing those light-bulb moments when individuals really ‘get-it’. That makes it all worthwhile.’
Jules holds the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice and also has British Sign Language Stage 1 and 2, which allows him to successfully communicate to a broader audience. His style is dynamic and inspirational, and he is committed to helping people realise their full potential.
