At The Training Workshop we understand that simply attending a training course will not necessarily in itself bring about the behavioural and skill changes required by our Clients. What is absolutely vital is that the delegates are subsequently coached and mentored in their work surroundings over a period of time to enable them to embed their learnings and bring about lasting changes.
We are therefore able to offer a unique Enabling Leadership Performance Mentoring Programme aimed specifically at junior and middle management. This layer of management in any operation performs a vital and influential role in managing and motivating, and it is therefore crucial that they are equipped to perform effectively.
Our programme will be tailored to suit the needs of the client company, and typically it would involve a Coach from The Training Workshop working closely on-site with an individual supervisor or manager and their team for at least one day per month over a minimum six-month period. This sustained and focused one-to-one mentoring over the period of time enables the manager to both acquire and embed the skills and techniques necessary within the day-to-day practicalities of their own team behaviours – which leads to an environment and culture of improved performance and motivation throughout the business.
